TechQuest oversaw the entire project for the second level of IMB Hospital, with a main goal of developing a high-tech operating room and labor complex. This level comes equipped with up-to-date amenities for childbirth and surgery, including a Pre-Labor Room (375x375 cm) for getting patients ready, an Operating Theatre (400x400 cm) for ideal surgical settings, and a PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) (400x315 cm) for post-operation recovery. The layout includes a specialized Baby Resuscitation Area for prompt newborn care and a Staff Lounge (355x235 cm) for staff to unwind. Furthermore, there is a Sterile/Pharmacy Store measuring 400x150 cm, a Packing & Sterile Area with dimensions of 290x420 cm, as well as scrub areas, dress change rooms, wash areas, and several storage racks to facilitate workflow. Included in the space are key features such as restrooms, an elevator lobby, and a 2-meter-wide hallway for seamless movement, enhancing functionality and efficiency for patients and staff alike.
